Temecula Valley International Film and Music Festival calls for volunteers
Police arrested a 27-year-old Eastvale man Wednesday for allegedly having sexual contact with a minor, a Sheriff’s official reported.
Former Jurupa Valley School District Substitute Teacher Jason Stubbs allegedly used social media to contact minors and had sexual contact with a minor female, according to a Riverside County Sheriff’s report.
Investigators from Eastvale’s police department learned of Stubbs’ alleged actions about 8:30 a.m. Monday and began an investigation that revealed the substitute teacher was no longer working for Jurupa Valley School District, Sheriff’s Sgt. Mike Manning said.
On Wednesday officers arrested Stubbs at his new place of work, Fontana School District, according to Manning.
Stubbs was booked at Robert Presley Detention Center for felony sex crimes involving a minor.
Officials believe Stubbs may have had other victims. Anyone with information about this incident or others is encouraged to contact Investigator Joel Pabelico at the Jurupa Valley Station at 951-955-2600.
