Fallen Kingdom is the darkest and most daring Jurassic movie. It’s also the dumbest.
Officers from the Menifee Police Department arrested a 31-year-old man at 11:00 a.m. Friday for a shooting that occurred in the area of Sunflower Drive and Pepper Ridge Court in Temecula on Sept. 14, a Sheriff’s official reported today.
Deric Torrez Martinez of Riverside was identified as the suspect in the shooting, according to a Riverside County Sheriff’s Report.
Officers first responded to the shooting at approximately 4:20 a.m. on Sept. 14 and discovered a male suffering from a gunshot wound. The man was transported to a local hospital where he eventually recovered from his gunshot injuries and was released, Sheriff’s Sgt. Kevin McDonald said.
After the shooting, investigators from the Temecula Police Department initiated an investigation that led them to identify Martinez as a suspect in the shooting. The investigators then asked for an arrest warrant for Martinez and gave wanted information to the other law enforcement agencies in Riverside County, according to McDonald.
Martinez was located at an undisclosed residence in Menifee before he was arrested. He was booked into the Southwest Detention Center in Murrieta for attempted murder.
